Birthday surprise

We surprised Mimi again by having a great big surprise birthday party for her and all of her friends and family.

There were a lot of balloons and I had to have mine tied to me because I'm pretty good at letting them fly away!

Mimi had a great time and laughed a lot! She even wore a pumpkin shirt because she thought she was going to Nicky's Halloween birthday party! Her she is with her sister, Aunt Birdie.

When I wasn't beating up some older kids to take their cake (not kidding!), or knocking down my girl cousins and kissing them (again, not kidding), I hung out with Uncle Mark and Whitney

In October my buddy Logan came to visit and have a sleepover. We had never met before but we were instantly good friends!


We took a trip to Sesame Place to see some of our other friends - Elmo, Cookie, Big Bird.
Our Daddys took us on a flying Elmo ride. Notice that both Daddys are scared in this picture!

And we got to see a live filming of Elmo's world. Dorothy and Mr. Noodle were there too!

And, guess what! Baby Megan got to be in the show! Elmo asked her how a baby pretends to be a fish! The best part - Megan was dressed up like Dorothy so she knew her part perfectly!

After we saw Elmo, we got to watch a parade. All of my favorite monsters were there.

I sure did laugh a lot that day!

As the last act of the day, Logan and I took our Daddys on a roller coaster ride.

Logan and I were not exactly old enough to ride this ride so we held on really tight!

No hurricane can stop the fun!

Hurricane Kyle went right by OC while we were there. That made bike ridding and swimming a little harder! And the stroller blew away a few times! But we still had a blast. Especially when we went to watch the wild ocean in Cape May.

The water was rising so fast and the wind was so strong that it wasn't safe for us to stay on the beach for too long. Just look at that water!

So we went to the Lobster House for some yummy lobster. We all got to wear matching bibs!

And boy was Mimi surprised when the WHOLE restaurant sang her a happy 85th birthday!

After Kyle

After Kyle passed us by I had a lot of fun with some new toys and a rough beach! In Cape May, Mama opened my window so I could see the high water and the surf splashed into the car on me!


I collected a bunch of new beach toys after the rough water brought lost ones back up to the beach. We also we made sure we picked up all the trash and recyclables we saw too.

The rogh water didn't keep Poppop and me from playing in the sand.

And Mama and I played in all of the fun seafoam. It scared me a little!
